Norman, OK : One person dead in crash between semi-truck and motorcycle in Norman on Wednesday, July 29, 2015

One person has died in a crash between a semi-truck and motorcycle in Norman.

The crash happened just after noon at Indian Hills Road and N. Porter Avenue.

Officials said the semi-truck was driving northbound on Sunnylane Road and turned into the Van Eaton Ready Mix entrance, into the path of the southbound motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a 36-year-old man from Oklahoma City, was pronounced dead on scene.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
