Lisbon, OH : Southern Local High School graduate Marcus K. Walter, 19, died in a head-on collision on state Route 164 in Fairfield Township on Thursday afternoon, June 25, 2015

A 19-year-old man was killed in a crash on State Route 164 shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday.

Marcus K. Walter of Summitville was killed after his car went left of center and struck an oncoming vehicle driven by Joshua J. Forney, 28, of Leetonia. Forney was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for treatment.

The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
