Indianapolis, IN :Man arrested after motorcycle crash on I-465 leaves 1 dead on Saturday, July 11th 2015

One person was killed in a crash early Saturday morning on Interstate 465 near Mann Road. Police say two people were on a Harley Davidson motorcycle when it crashed. The motorcycle hit an orange barrel in a construction zone and lost control. Both the driver and the passenger were thrown from the vehicle.The passenger died on the scene. The driver was taken to Eskenazi Health with head injuries. Police have identified the passenger as Tiffany Smith, 33.The driver, 37-year-old Joshua Rork, was arrested by police later on Saturday. He was arrested on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, operating while intoxicating causing death and criminal recklessness with a motor vehicle.
