Jonesboro, AR : Paragould student injured after being hit by car on Medical Drive on Friday, August 26, 2016

A Paragould student was hit by a car after school on Friday.

According to Brad Snyder with Paragould police, the student was cutting between busses behind Paragould High School on Medical Drive.

The car hit him as he came out from between the busses.

Snyder said the student was airlifted to the hospital as a precaution.

There is no word on the severity of the student’s injuries.
