Spartanburg woman killed in hit-and-run accident

SPARTANBURG, S.C. AP -- Authorities in Spartanburg County are investigating a deadly hit-and-run accident. Coroner Rusty Clevenger says 39-year-old Jacquelyn Cara White was pronounced dead at around 5:20 a.m. Monday. Clevenger says White had been struck by a car about an hour earlier.
