Las Vegas, NV : 26-year-old Las Vegas man killed and two others injured in crash on Saturday October 31 2015

A 19-year-old Las Vegas man was arrested Saturday in a crash that killed a 26-year-old Las Vegas man and injured two others, according to Metro Police.Luis Lopez was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado west on Lake Mead Boulevard approaching Mount Hood Street about 8:20 a.m. and failed to stop at a red light, striking a southbound 2006 Ford Mustang at the intersection. The Silverado then struck a 2014 Honda Odyssey, and debris from the crash hit an eastbound Chevrolet Impala.
The Mustang's driver was killed, while passenger Tyki Sato, 30, of Las Vegas suffered serious injuries. The Odyssey's driver, Conrado Mas, 53, of Las Vegas, suffered minor injuries, and the Impala's driver, Santiago Manrique, 45, of Las Vegas, was not injured.
Lopez, Sato and Mas were taken to UMC Trauma.
After he was treated, Lopez was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on suspicion of DUI causing death and DUI with substantial bodily harm.
The name of the Mustang's driver was being withheld pending notification of family members. The crash remains under investigation; it is the 91st traffic-related fatality in the department's jurisdiction this year.
