A 46-year-old man has died following a collision in southern Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Robert Andrews II of Cartwright was killed early Saturday following a collision in Bryan County.

Troopers say the collision occurred a 2 a.m. on Oklahoma Highway 91 about a mile west of Colbert.The patrol says Andrews was westbound on a motorcycle that veered to the right, re-entered the roadway and crashed onto its side. Troopers say Andrews was lying in the roadway next to the motorcycle when he was struck by another westbound vehicle.

The patrol says Andrews was dragged about 50 feet beneath the second vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured.

Troopers say the cause of the collision is under investigation.
