Fort Wayne, IN : A motorcyclist died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 69 on Sunday, August 27, 2017

A motorcyclist died Sunday in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 69, said Steve Stone, public information officer for the Allen County Sheriff's Department.

He had few details about the crash, only that it happened about 1 p.m. near the 301-mile marker in southwest Allen County.

The motorcyclist, who was traveling south, died at the scene, he said.

The man's identity had not been released as of Sunday night.
