Cleveland,OH : An Ohio woman charged in a hit-and-run that killed a 12-year-old boy on April, tuesday 25th 2017
Prosecutors want bond revoked for an Ohio woman charged in a hit-and-run that killed a 12-year-old boy, saying she’s been cited three times and involved in another crash since then.
Cleveland.com reports (http://bit.ly/2oGEnWN ) that prosecutors in Cuyahoga County have asked a judge to revoke bond for Starlesha Lewis, who is accused of driving off after she hit Ameer Mitchell in August 2016. She was released on $25,000 bond a few days later.
Prosecutors say she has since been cited for violations including speeding and running a red light. Her learner’s permit was suspended in January. She does not have a full license.
Police say Lewis then got into a crash on March 16.
An attorney for Lewis did not respond to a request for comment.
