TACOMA, WA :WNB I-5 in Lakewood reopens after fatal crash on Tuesday, 19th March 2024

One person was killed in a crash on northbound Interstate 5 in Lakewood Tuesday evening.

The crash happened just before 6 p.m. under an overpass near 47th Avenue.

According to Washington State Patrol, a semi-truck was involved in the crash.

One other person has life-threatening injuries.
