Shippensburg, PA : Chambersburg man injured in single-vehicle crash on Sunday, November 30, 2014

A Chambersburg, Pa., man was taken to the hospital after the car he was driving flipped over and landed on its roof early Sunday in Southampton Township, Pennsylvania State Police said. Tihron J. Bond, 24, was taken to York (Pa.) Hospital, according to a news release from state police. Bond was listed in satisfactory condition on Tuesday morning, a hospital spokeswoman said. Troopers said the accident happened at about 3:45 a.m. at the intersection of Olde Scotland Road (Pa. 696) and Seibert Avenue south of Shippensburg. Bond was traveling north on Olde Scotland Road when the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu he was driving veered slightly off the roadway and struck a guardrail, police said. The vehicle then crossed the north and south travel lanes and into a field.
