EAST DUBUQUE, IL : 56-year-old Apple River man dies after a single-vehicle crash along U.S. 20 near Menominee Road on Monday, April 4, 2016

A 56-year-old Apple River man died Monday after a single-vehicle crash along U.S. 20 near Menominee Road in rural East Dubuque, according to a news release from the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
Terry M. Corso was found unresponsive about 10:15 p.m. inside a vehicle in a ditch, the release states. Emergency crews took him to Mercy Health Center in Dubuque, where he was later pronounced dead. The preliminary investigation revealed that the eastbound vehicle veered off U.S. 20 and overturned in a ditch, coming to rest on a fence, the release states.
The sheriff’s office continues to investigate the crash. Also responding to the call were the Menominee-Dunleith Fire Department, the Galena Ambulance Service, Galena Police Department and the East Dubuque Police Department.
