Roswell, GA : Bicyclist dies after collision with school bus north of Atlanta on Saturday, Oct 10, 2015

Police say a bicyclist injured in a collision with a school bus north of Atlanta has died of his injuries.

Roswell police identified him as 21-year-old Cody Markel Dawson of Johns Creek.

Police say the crash happened around 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Holcomb Bridge Road exit to Georgia 400 in Roswell.

Police said in a statement Monday that Dawson was riding a bicycle south on the northbound exit ramp from Holcomb Bridge onto Georgia 400 when he made a turn onto Georgia 400, crossing into the path of a bus.

Police say there were some students on the bus, owned by Woodward Academy, but there were no reported injuries among them.
