Licking County ,OH : Fatal crash closes U.S. 40 and one person killed on Wednesday ,July 22nd 2015

One person is dead after a crash Wednesday afternoon in Licking County.

Wednesday just before 3:00 p.m., one person was killed in a crash involving a car and motorcycle on Panhandle Road near U.S. 40.

Dispatchers said that the identity of the deceased was not yet available.

U.S. 40 west was closed at Panhandle Road until the preliminary investigation was complete.
