STRYKER, OH : Defiance man killed in Williams County crash on Monday, 5th September 2016

A Defiance, Ohio man is dead after a single-vehicle crash near this Williams County community Monday afternoon.

At 12:10 p.m., a vehicle traveling westbound on State Rt. 34 near milepost 27 went off the south side of the road and overturned, according to a statement from the Defiance Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Driver Ronald Wolfrum, 33, and Amanda Fraley, 33, also of Defiance were ejected from the vehicle. Mr. Wolfrum was pronounced dead at the scene. Ms. Fraley was taken by helicopter to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind. where she was listed in critical condition, according to the highway patrol.

Troopers said Mr. Wolfrum and Ms. Fraley were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
