Edgewater, MD : Three people injured in a three-car crash in Edgewater on Tuesday night, March 17, 2015

Three people were injured Tuesday night in a three-car crash in Edgewater.
The crash occurred shortly after 8:45 p.m. in the area of Solomons Island Road and Colony Crossing Road.
County fire officials said the 17-year-old female driver of one of the vehicles was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimroe with injuries that were considered serious but not life-threatening.
Two additional patients, whose ages and genders weren't available, were transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis with minor injuries.
