Man driving truck loaded with turkeys killed in rollover crash

It happened on State Road 56 east of Haysville in Dubois County.

State police say 50-year-old Donald Humphrey died when his truck rolled off the highway while he was attempting to negotiate a curve.

An Indiana state trooper climbed into the cab of the truck to try and revive Humphrey, but he was unsuccessful.

The truck was loaded with hundreds of turkeys. State police spent nearly five hours cleaning up the scene.
