The Ohio State Highway Patrol says an 84-year-old woman was killed and two other people were hospitalized in a fiery three-vehicle crash in northeastern Ohio.

Police say Joanne Grogan, of Montville, failed to stop for a stop sign in Geauga County on Tuesday and slammed into the side of a large truck. The impact caused the vehicles to then collide with a pickup truck driven by a 64-year-old Willowick man.

Police say all three vehicles caught fire.

Grogan was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The other two drivers were taken to a hospital for treatment. Their current conditions are not known.
