Louisiana, MO : Teen injured in traffic crash on Mo. 79 in Pike County on Friday morning, May 20, 2016

A Louisiana teen was injured in a Friday morning traffic crash on Mo. 79.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2010 Pontiac G6 driven by Lane T. Burleson, 18, was traveling southbound, north of Route YY, at 3:45 a.m. when it traveled off the left side of the road and struck a fence.

Burleson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken by Survival Flight to Mercy Hospital St. Louis with moderate injuries.
