Spencerville, IN : One driver arrested and the other injured after a head-on crash in DeKalb County

One driver was arrested and the other was injured after a head-on crash Saturday at 10 p.m., the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department said.

William Spangler, 22, of the 7600 block of Garman Road, Auburn, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, police said.
