INDIANAPOLIS, IN : 1 dead in multi-vehicle crash on Indy's north side on Saturday, 16th December 2023

At least one person is confirmed dead after a multi-vehicle crash involving an ambulance on Indy's north side.

IMPD officers responded to 5515 Michigan Road on reports of the crash just after 2 a.m.

An ambulance was traveling southbound on Michigan Road when another car lost control and crossed the center line into the path of the ambulance, according to IMPD. The passenger of that car was pronounced dead when officers arrived, and the driver was transported to a local hospital.
