Appleton, WI : Minivan driver killed in head-on crash near Appleton on Saturday afternoon, November 22, 2014

The driver of a minivan was killed in a head-on collision Saturday afternoon on county Highway OO near Appleton. The Wisconsin State Patrol said the driver of the minivan crossed over the centerline while driving eastbound on the highway, colliding with a pickup truck that was coming from the other direction. The driver of the minivan was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, while a passenger in the minivan and the driver of the pickup were transported to Appleton Medical Center for treatment.
