TUCSON, AZ : Authorities investigating crash involving pedestrian on Wednesday, 11th October 2023

Authorities are investigating a crash involving a pedestrian on Tucson's southeast side.Shortly before 6:30 p.m. officers responded to the area of East 22nd Street and South Alamo Drive, near Wilmot Street, for reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Westbound East 22nd Street is closed.
