Tallahassee, FL : Two injured after multi-vehicle crash in Immokalee on Saturday, November 12th 2016
Two people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash Saturday morning at the intersection of State Road 82 and Church Road in Immokalee, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.
Donald Cody, 33, of Fort Myers, was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital with critical injuries. He was traveling east on State Road 82 when he hit a vehicle driven by David Gordon, 75, of Plantation, who was making a left turn from Church Road onto State Road 82. Gordon was not injured.
A third driver, Bernabe Garcia, 27, of Immokalee, was traveling west on State Road 82. His vehicle struck the front right of Cody's car when Gordon's vehicle veered into his lane. Garcia was transported to North Collier Hospital with minor injuries.
Troopers reported alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
