Arkansas State Police have released the identity of a Missouri woman killed in a Wednesday morning two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 62/412 east of Bellefonte.
According to a State Police report filed by Trooper Jason T. Boswell, the wreck occurred about one mile east of Bellefonte on U.S. Highway 62/412 at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The report said Jennifer Marie Meanor, 34, of Kimberling City, Missouri, was westbound on Highway 62 in a 2010 Mercury, while Michael R. Baxter, 42, of Des Arc was eastbound in a 2007 International Harvester.
Police had earlier said the vehicle Baxter was driving was a Loomis armored car.
The report said Meanor's vehicle crossed the center line and hit the International Harvester. Arkansas State Police Sgt. Matt Miller said the collision was head on.
The report said Meanor was killed in the crash and Baxter and a passenger in his vehicle, 56-year-old Jeffery Don Cook of Bryant, were injured and taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment. Their condition wasn't released in the report.
The report said the road was dry and the weather clear at the time of the crash.
