FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO : Hull man uninjured in three vehicle crash on Monday, 10th June 2019
A Hull man escaped a three-vehicle crash in central Missouri without injury on Monday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a Michael E. Harris, 61, of Hull, was driving westbound on Interstate 44 near mile marker 243.6 when his 1995 Kentworth semitrailer failed to stop for two vehicles that were slowing on the interstate due to a stalled vehicle.
Harris' vehicle struck a 2019 Toyota Tundra driven by Kylee A. Hostrander, 47, of Wylie, Texas. Hostrander's vehicle then collided with a 2018 Freightliner semitrailer driven by Roger D. Eauman, 70, of Titusville, Fla.
The patrol said Harris' semitrailer traveled into the median and struck a cable barrier before coming to a stop.
Hostrander and her passenger, Carl A. Hostrander, 48, were taken by St. Clair County EMS to Mercy Hospital in Washington for treatment of their minor injuries. Hostranders, Eauman and Harris were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, according to the patrol.
