LAS VEGAS, NV : Woman killed in southwest Las Vegas valley crash on Thursday, 4th January 2024

A woman is dead after a single-vehicle crash in central Las Vegas, police said.

The collision occurred west of the Las Vegas Strip at the intersection of Russell Road and Arville Street. At approximately 9:38 p.m. on Thursday, a pickup truck traveling west on Russell Road left the road and collided with a short block wall.

The pickup turned over, and its passenger, identified as Tierney Norris, 31, of Las Vegas, was ejected from the vehicle.

Emergency medical technicians took Norris to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
