Bedford, N.H : Woman killed in motorcycle crash on Route 101 on Saturday afternoon, July 30, 2016

A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash in Bedford.

Police say the motorcycle was traveling westbound on Route 101 on Saturday afternoon when it crashed into a car that was traveling eastbound and was turning onto another road.

The female motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. She died Sunday morning. Police have not released her name, pending notification of her family.

The 92-year-old driver of the car was not hurt.

The crash remains under investigation.
