A Milwaukee man is in jail after a crash that killed one man and seriously injured another Tuesday. Traffic was backed up for more than five hours on Highway 45 near Watertown Plank Road. The 27-year-old man who survived the crash is being treated at Froedtert Hospital for serious injuries. He was riding home from work with his boss. The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said they were struck by a 45-year-old Milwaukee man. The sheriff said he was not driving impaired, but recklessly, when he hit the Dodge Ram truck driven by 54-year-old Dennis Meyer.
