Norwich, N.Y : College student, 18, dies in crash on western New York road on Tuesday, December 20, 2016

Police say an 18-year-old college student has died in a collision on a western New York road.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says the woman was driving a car around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday when she pulled into the path of tractor-trailer at an intersection on Route 63 near the SUNY Geneseo campus in the village of Geneseo.
