GRUNDY, VA : A fatal UTV crash June in Buchanan County on Wednesday, 13th June 2018

No charges will be placed in connection with a fatal UTV crash June in Buchanan County, Va. which claimed the life of a 7-year-old child, the Virginia State Police announced Tuesday.

After consultation with the Buchanan County Commonwealth's Attorney, no charges will be placed in regards to the June 10 fatal crash in Buchanan County. The fatal incident has been ruled accidental in nature, according to Corinne N. Geller, public relations director for the Virginia State Police.
