The crash took place at about 7 p.m. south of Webster, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Jose L. Ramirez Rodriguez, 22, of Sumterville, was heading north on Florida Highway 471 when his Ford Taurus veered into the southbound lane and collided head-on with a tractor-trailer.
