ATLANTA, GA : 2 juveniles seriously injured in Cobb County crash on Monday, 27h May 2024

Two juveniles were seriously injured in a vehicle crash early Monday morning in Cobb County, according to police.

Cobb County police said an SUV and a van collided on Austell Road at its intersection with Pat Mell Road around 1 a.m.

They said the SUV was “occupied by four juveniles in addition to the driver,” who was the mother of the juveniles. Two of the juveniles sustained serious injuries and were taken by ambulance to area hospitals. One of the juveniles was ejected during the accident, according to Cobb police. The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was also taken to the hospital for injuries.
