Tualatin ,OR : Motorcyclist dies in Tualatin crash on Thursday afternoon ,july 2nd 2015

A man died Thursday afternoon after losing control of his motorcycle and crashing, the Tualatin Police Department said.

The crash happened at Southwest 124th. Police have closed that road between Herman Road and Tualatin-Sherwood Road. Police said the road will be closed until at least until 5 p.m. but could remain closed until 6 p.m.

Police said the man was riding his motorcycle at a high rate speed and hit a curb.

Police won’t release the man’s name until his family is notified.
