EL PASO, TX : Car crashes into a lake at El Paso Country Club following chase with Texas troopers on Sunday, 8th October 2023

A car crashed into a lake at the El Paso Country Club as a result of a chase with Troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety Sunday.

The chase began on Mesa Street and Doniphan Drive according to DPS Sgt. Eliot Torres.

Troopers were following a Jeep with Chihuahua license plates carrying 5 passengers and one driver.

The car entered through a maintenance gate and drove through the green before it crashed into the lake near the 18th hole said a representative from the Country Club.
