Tulsa, OK : 24-year-old Meosha McGee died in a three-vehicle collision on Interstate 44 in Tulsa on Wednesday, March 9, 2016

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Tulsa woman was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Interstate 44 in Tulsa.

The OHP says 24-year-old Meosha McGee died in the crash Wednesday.

An OHP report says McGee was a passenger in a vehicle that slowed on the interstate and was struck from the rear. The report says a third vehicle then struck the second vehicle from behind and the second vehicle was forced back into the vehicle carrying McGee.

The drivers of the first two vehicles are both hospitalized in stable condition while the driver of the third vehicle declined treatment at the scene.
