Indiana, PA : Husband, wife killed in head-on DUI crash in Indiana County on Friday evening, April 17, 2015

A woman was killed in a two car crash in Indiana County Friday evening.

The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Route 119 in Center Township.
Police say a 39-year-old Scott Esteb from Indiana pulled out of a parking lot and collided with another car head on.

A 79-year-old John Ralston and 76-year-old Madelin Ralston, both of Clymer, were in the other car. The John Ralston was flown to Conemaugh Medical Center with serious injuries.

Madeline Ralston died of multiple blunt force trauma injuries at the Indiana Regional Medical Center emergency room Friday night.

Esteb suffered minor injuries and is charges with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle, aggravated assaul by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol and additional summary traffic violations.

He was arraigned and released after posting bail.
