Salt Lake City, UT : Arizona woman dead, 3 kids hurt in Utah rollover crash on Interstate 70 in Utah on Sunday, November 16, 2014

Utah troopers say a Phoenix, Arizona woman is dead and her three children are injured after a wheel on their pickup truck failed. The crash happened a little before 3 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 70 in Utah, near mile marker 201. Utah Highway Patrol officials say a Ford F-150 was eastbound on the interstate when the right rear wheel failed and the driver lost control. The car rolled, and 51-year-old Rita Miramontes was ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her three sons, aged 14, 12 and 7, suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
