Basin , WY : 45-year-old Martin was killed and another person was injured after he lost control of his SUV at U.S. Highway 20 on Sunday evening , January , 11th 2015

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1u5Arjp ) 45-year-old Martin Rubio Jr., of Lovell, was killed when he lost control of his SUV on U.S. Highway 20 near Basin on Sunday evening. Investigators believe he was driving too fast for the icy conditions.

A 47-year-old passenger also was injured, but her condition has not been released.
