Indianapolis, IN : Indy woman killed in accident at the intersection of County Roads 100 South and 400 East on Saturday, 16th November, 2019
A 54-year-old Indianapolis woman was killed in an automobile accident at the intersection of County Roads 100 South and 400 East.
Police say Sherry Dennis was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Millie Cline, 52, of Indianapolis. Cline was traveling northbound on C.R. 400 E., in a 2005 gray Subaru Legacy at about 11:20 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14. She failed to stop at the intersection of C.R. 100 S. and was T-boned by Patricia Greger, 78, of Zionsville, who was eastbound. Greger, police said, had the right-of-way and Cline pulled out in front of her.
In addition to Dennis, Cline had two other passengers – Teresa Treat of Indianapolis, and Rodney Amonette, 3, also of Indianapolis. Along with Cline, the passengers were transported to St. Vincent Hospital to be checked out but appear to not have been injured.
Dennis was sitting in the back seat behind the driver and had to be extricated from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
