Goochland County, VA : Gregory M. Robinson, 40, and Liann N. Fazenbaker, 32, killed in car crash at Broad Street and Clover Field Road in Goochland County on Friday night, Aug 7, 2015

Virginia State Police responded to a fatal vehicle crash Saturday that they believe happened late Friday night on Route 205 in Goochland County.

Police said that a 2004 Honda was traveling east on Route 205 when the vehicle ran off the left shoulder and struck a guard rail. The car then flew in the air hitting trees and landed on an embankment, partially ejecting one of the occupants.

The two occupants inside the vehicle have been identified as 40-year-old Gregory M. Robinson of Henrico County and 32-year-old Liann N. Fazenbaker of Goodchland County; both died at the scene. Police said that they were not wearing seatbelts.

Speed is considered a factor in this crash.
