Delano, CA : Coroner identifies victim in fatal Delano car accident in the 11500 block of Browning Road on Saturday, 31st October, 2020

The Kern County coroner’s office has identified the victim of a Saturday afternoon traffic fatality in the 11500 block of Browning Road in Delano.

George Ignacio Moreno Jr., 19, was the driver of a car that lost control and rolled over at 2:05 p.m. He died at the scene of the accident, according to the coroner's report.
