KANSAS CITY, MO : Crash on I-70 exit ramp leaves motorcyclist with critical injuries on Thursday, 22nd February 2024

A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a crash on an I-70 exit ramp Thursday evening.

The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department said a two-vehicle crash happened just before 7 p.m. in the area of I-70 at the exit ramp onto Blue Ridge Cutoff.

There, a Chevy Tahoe was driving east on Interstate 70 when it went to exit. The driver did not see any vehicles until he was hit on the right side of his vehicle.

Police said a Harley Davidson heading northbound on Interstate 435 took the exit ramp onto eastbound I-70 and the Blue Ridge Cutoff. That Harley Davidson driver failed to yield to the Chevy according to KCPD and was struck, ejecting him from the motorcycle.
