Creek County, OK :Stroud man dies in motorcycle accident after striking deer on Friday, July 10th 2015

A man died late Friday night in a motorcycle accident after hitting a deer just south of Creek County, according to an accident report released by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.About 9:35 p.m. Friday, William Lawrence, 28, of Stroud, was driving north on Milfay Road when he struck a deer, according to an accident report. Lawrence's 2001 Harley-Davidson motorcycle veered off the road to the right and struck a tree.He was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple injuries.The accident report said Lawrence was not using a helmet.
