One person is dead after a fatal collision in Orangeburg County Friday.
Authorities say around 8:45 p.m., a Honda coupe was traveling eastbound on Mixon Mill Road and struck a pedestrian that was illegally in the road.
The pedestrian died. The name of the pedestrian has not been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
