Miami Township, OH : Two drivers injured after a car crashed into a tow truck on I75 in Miami Twp. early Friday morning, March 25, 2016

Two drivers were injured after a car crashed into a tow truck that was stopped on southbound I-75 this morning. The crash led to traffic delays throughout the morning.
Around 4:15 a.m., the car crashed into a tow truck that was stopped on southbound I-75 at I-675. Officials are investigating why the tow truck was stopped on the highway and who was at fault in the crash.
The collision moved the truck about 50 feet, officials said. The female driver of the car that hit the truck was alert and talking and was able to get out of her vehicle on her own.
The extent of injuries to the tow truck driver remains unknown. Both were taken to area hospitals.
Traffic was delayed on I-75 until about 7 a.m. Motorists going from I-675 to southbound I-75 also faced delays.
Just before 5 a.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol said they expected the ramp to remain closed for at least two hours, but the ramp was able to be reopened just after 5 a.m.
