Blair, NE : 1 injured in 3-vehicle crash on Thursday, December 22nd 2016
One person was transported to the Blair hospital after a three-vehicle accident Thursday morning.
Blair Fire and Rescue responded to the crash near the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and Deerfield Boulevard just after 8 a.m.
Blair Police Officer Eric Burgland said it appears a white sedan and a red van were stopped at for the traffic light when the van was struck from behind by a green sedan, causing a chain reaction.
The driver of the van was transported to Memorial Community Hospital & Health System. All others refused treatment.
The crash snarled traffic, much of which included parents dropping off their children at Deerfield Primary School.
