Oklahoma , OK :Oklahoma driver held for fatal drunk driving crash on Saturday , June 13th 2015

An Oklahoma man is in custody for a crash that killed an Albuquerque man in Lea County. State Troopers report Juan Esparza Montelongo, 31, from Woodward, Okla., was on US 380 west of Tatum, NM, when he hit another car head-on. Troopers say Freddie Marquez, 29, of Albuqerque, died in the crash. Marquez's passenger, Yantse Dequesada, 32, was also hurt but treated and released from the hospital.Investigators say Montelongo tried to run away from the crash, but he was caught an hour and a half later. He's held in the Lea County jail on several charges:
