Grand Forks, N.D : 31-year-old Bismarck man died after he's stabbed, crashes vehicle on Friday morning, Oct 23, 2015

Grand Forks police have released the name of a 31-year-old Bismarck man who died after an early morning stabbing.

Police say Joshua L. Neumann was stabbed multiple times during a fight with another person near Neumann's apartment early Friday. Neumann fled in a vehicle and eventually crashed it into two parked cars.

Neumann was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The cause of death was not immediately released.

Authorities say 36-year-old Nicolas Peralez Jr. was arrested and charged with one count of murder. He made an initial appearance in court Friday afternoon. Attorney information for Peralez was not immediately available.
