PHOENIX, AZ : Man dead, woman hospitalized after crash off I-17 in north Phoenix on Friday, 10th November 2023

Police say a man is dead and a woman is in the hospital after a crash in north Phoenix early Friday morning.

Two cars collided near 27th Avenue and Deer Valley Road, off of Interstate 17, around 6:30 a.m. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and found a man with critical injuries. Firefighters attempted to save the man, but his injuries were too severe, investigators said. He died at the scene.
